Bible Verses to Ponder

One of the brainstorming activities I’ve chosen to do this year to help me identify God’s Word for me for 2025 is to explore the Bible using some of the key words and phrases I identified when looking back over 2024 and some of the challenges I want to work on in 2025.

After I reviewed what I’d learned in 2024 and the aspects of my life that I felt I needed to have growth or more activity in, I decided to put into the search engine the words “Bible verses encouraging women.” The following are some of the verses that popped up:

“Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing,
But a woman who fears the LORD, she shall be praised.” Proverbs 31:30 (NKJV)

“A gracious woman retains honor,
But ruthless men retain riches.” Proverbs 11:16 (NKJV)

“God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved;
God shall help her, just at the break of dawn.” Psalm 46:5 (NKJV)

“Likewise, their wives must be reverent, not slanderers, temperate, faithful in all things.” 1 Timothy 3:11 (NKJV)

Now, I’m going to continue praying, searching the Bible, and asking God to let me know a word, Bible verse, and/or phrase to guide my life during 2025. How are you doing with identifying your Word or Bible verse for 2025?
