At My Bible Room, the mission is to create a welcoming online space for Christian Bible study and respectful discussions. We strive to foster a Christian community where we can deepen our faith and share insights on scripture. This is not the place to argue points of religion, but to search out what the Bible says and let the Holy Spirit do the instructing.

My Bible Room started in FaceBook in 2020 as a private group to pray for each other and to search the Bible for ourselves to hear what the Holy Spirit is trying to teach us. The restrictions on FB became so challenging that with a sad heart, the group (Circled Joyful Journey) was disbanded and at the same time this blog page was birthed.

My name is Donna Jo Salhany. I have loved Jesus since I was a young child. I've not been perfect (and I'm still not perfect), but I am forgiven, cleansed and loved by my Heavenly Father. I love to learn about many things, but especially about the Bible and my Savior. Eventually, the picture will be changed ... too many things I'm trying to accomplish in a short time.
